We need outgoing people to assist our clients in the use of our industry leading software services. Our Client Services team works with insurance agents and companies to resolve issues and answer questions that pertain to our compliance-centric software services. Requirements: - Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships;
- Provide technical and non-technical support to our clients;
- Identify sales opportunities to meet clients’ changing business needs;
- Document clear and concise comments regarding customer problems and resolution; and
- Work with third party vendors to resolve technical and client reported issues.
Qualifications: - Ability to read for information, actively listen, and locate information using various software and teamwork;
- Advanced problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, MS Access specifically;
- Familiarity with web-based software (Salesforce.com);
- Customer Service, customer training or sales experience preferred; and
- SQL and database background is a plus.
Education Requirements: - A bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Recommended: - Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced environment.
