We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for our Conyers, GA office!  The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for manual testing and must maintain good communications between internal and external customers.

Position Requirements:

·         Hands-on testing of assigned applications. Manual Testing Focus

·         Develop Test Plans, Test Cases, Requirements Matrix, and Test Summary Reports

·         Experience working with C#, Javascript, SQL and join statements

·         Maintain current knowledge of test methodologies and product evolution

·         Ensure good communication with customers

·         Provide test status as requested

·         Thorough knowledge of Quality Assurance and SDLC methodology

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Some programming and database knowledge

·         Knowledge of Insurance industry

·         Ability to write validation code (i.e. SQL statements for data selection)

·         Knowledge of RDBMS

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Excellent interpersonal team player skills

·         Ability to multi-task and effectively manage workload
